When it comes to the motivation behind working out and physical activity, Jaimelynn Spaulding keeps moving so that she can be healthier for longer, throughout her life.
Jaimelynn is a member of LizFit in the US, and below she explains what workouts and mindset brought her the success for her Myzone Global MEPs Challenge win.
Why is it important to exercise?
“My main driving force behind making time for exercise is that it just needs to be done to live a longer healthier life. I love spin class, weights, walking, or biking, and my Myzone heart rate monitor has encouraged me to meet my goals.
“I've continued to stay motivated throughout the extraordinary circumstances at the moment because of my dog, Ichabod. He needs attention and taking him for walks is needed.”
How does it feel to win a challenge?
“When I heard that I was a winner of the challenge, I didn't believe it was real! I'm super excited for LizFit to share. I just hope that I can use my gym membership prize despite COVID restrictions. It's going to be hard.”
