One Performance UK opened in July 2015 as a bespoke personal training facility and sports injury clinic. From the start, we implemented group training sessions with our signature class being 'One Athletic', a metabolic class using prowlers, ropes and other hardware for up to 10 people at time. Starting week one we ran just two of these classes per week, but now we are up to 27 classes per week and have diversified into Pilates, animal flow, kettlebell classes and boxing inspired classes.

Currently four years in, we deliver 130 PT sessions per week to complete novices all the way up to Olympians and have become known for the quality and expertise of our coaching and clinic teams. We are going from strength to strength. I had come across Myzone last year and decided to get involved so I signed up for a license in late April of 2019. We created interest amongst the members by initially getting the coaching team to wear the belts for a week and running the big tiles live on the TV. Then we launched a set two-week trial that started and finished on specified dates, offering completely free use of the belts inside and outside the facility for those two weeks only. This resulted in us selling around 30 belts within just the first month. Now a little over 2 months in and we are currently up to 58 users.

We delivered a free Myzone workshop to educate on getting the best out of Myzone, as well as training for specific energy systems and how that relates to the Myzone colors. We have also just launched another free two-week trial and are gearing up to roll out a new strategy which includes a Myzone belt with every purchase of our 30-Day Trial program. Myzone has brought a greater sense of community, reward, and fun to the facility, as well as proving very useful in tracking our clients work outside of the facility, adding even more to the OPUK experience. The fact that you can track client’s workouts both in and out the gym and get full visibility of their efforts on the app has been a game changer.

Our clients are loving it! Myzone has introduced some keen yet friendly competition and has definitely raised everyone's game a level. It's added an extra dimension to our facility and provides valuable data for the coaches that makes the clients feel even more cared for. Myzone has absolutely bolstered retention rates, it is here to stay.
