Battleropes: The Green Light Game

Written by Myzone | May 3, 2016 1:05:05 PM

We’ve been covering fun ways to turn exercise into a game. In this blog, we introduce the Green Light Game!

The object of this game is to elevate your heart rate into the YELLOW Zone and then passively recover (stand or walk slowly) your heart rate into the GREEN Zone. The second your heart rate hits the GREEN Zone, you are back at it performing the next exercise. You can use a variety of exercises to play this game. We highlight battlerope exercises in this blog and on our Periscope broadcast.

The Green Light Game outlined below should earn you between 85 – 100 MEPs within 30 minutes.
