Workout Photos
With our latest updates, you’re able to attach a unique photo to each individual workout. Take part in an intense kettlebell class? Snap a picture of the heaviest weight you used and show your friends and family what effort zone you got to. Just finish a 5k Color Run? Take a picture of you and your friends at the finish line so you can remember how much effort you put in and how much fun you had. Now, whatever exercise you’re taking part in, whether you’re in or outside of the gym, you’re able to attach a unique picture to each one to share with your Social Connections.
Workout Breakdown
Many of you have asked, and we listened! Each of your workouts on the MYZONE Moves page is now more broken down than ever. With a quick glance, you can easily see exactly how much effort you poured into your workout and see how your body responded to your output. The updated move details include: duration of workout, MEPS earned, your average heart rate, your effort percentage, KCals burnt, and even your peak heart rate. With more intricate workout breakdowns, you’re able to set more specific and intentional goals so you can continue to meet your goals and get the most out of each and every workout.
These latest updates are available in both the Google Play and App store for Android and iPhone.
