MYZONE is an easy-to-use monitoring system that measures real-time heart rate, calories and effort data. Physical activity from both inside and outside of the club is wirelessly uploaded to a user, trainer, and owner cloud account, providing relevant data that can be accessed anywhere in the world.

The World Health Organization's Physical Activity Guidelines are based on intensity. A UK Active study has found that after 24 weeks, non-MYZONE® clubs had an average retention rate of 65% and a program completion rate of 35%. For facilities which introduced MYZONE during the same time period, those numbers climbed to 77% and 44%, respectively.
